Refrigeration showcases used at supermarkets etc. keep their tempreture about -10C inside, and their surrounding tempreture is usually about +20C. Considering logically, the warmer side of the glass should be fogged up, however, by using the layered (or paired) glass, the glass do not get fogged up and, therefore, the shoppers can clearly see the goods inside the showcases.
